Hello to all you amazing Bella’s Fans! I’m Deanna Bellacicco Breault, owner of Bella’s Home-Baked Goods. I’ve met many of you over the course of our 16 plus years in business at various festivals, craft fairs, and events. Creating this business has been a very fulfilling venture. I feel blessed to have met so many of you and grown this business to where it is today. Thanks to you, our loyal customers and fans! A lot of you have heard me say, more than once, that this couldn’t be done without you, our amazing customers, and the best employees in the Hudson Valley!
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes at Bella’s that make us successful, aside from having the best biscotti! My loyal, hard-working staff plays a huge role in this small business. I am continually asked at events if I bake this all myself and the answer is a resounding “NO”. It wouldn’t be possible! From our head baker to our baking assistants, Maria and Rosie, all products are lovingly produced and sent on down the line where Gina, Celina, Mercedes, and Irene cut and package them for you. Danielle, my right hand, oversees day to day production at Bella’s. You can meet me, Danielle, and sometimes our delivery driver, Lucy, my son, Adam, my husband, Gary, and other family members at our local fairs and festivals that we participate in.
I like to say we are a small business that produces lots and lots of biscotti and yummy treats! We proudly supply our products to hundreds of retailers throughout the tri-state area by our delivery driver (Lucy) or through our distributors and brokers. When Bella’s Home-Baked Goods was established in 2002, I never dreamed of it taking off like it has. So many have helped us along the way – too many to name. They are the reason you all receive your biscotti, butter toffee, cookie bars and brownies at your favorite retailer, by mail order, or at local fairs and festivals. Next time you see them, thank them for a job well done!
