Shelf Life/Storage

To ensure the best freshness of our products, please enjoy our products by these shelf times:

Cookie Patch: 2 weeks

Biscotti: 3 months

If you can’t enjoy your yummy baked goodies right away, we suggest freezing them (do not refrigerate). This best maintains the freshness of our products.

A little tip: if you waited too long to consume our biscotti (we’re positive this is a rare occurrence), and they seem “stale,” pop them in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes to refresh them!

 

Butter Toffee: best stored cooled in the refrigerator, shelf life 2-3 months

Payment Methods

When ordering online from Bella’s Home-Baked Goods, we accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) and PayPal, an easy, safe, and no-hassle way to pay online. You can also order by phone at (845) 372-5394. When placing an order with a check or money order, payment must be received before your order is processed.

Discounts, Sales, and Coupons

Unless otherwise specified, all sales, discounts, and coupons exclude Biscotti of the Month and Gift Certificates. Product sale prices, product discounts, order discounts, and coupons may not be used for corporate gifts or wholesale orders. Coupons and sales are valid on the specified date(s) only and may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases. All coupons must be applied during the checkout process and are not applicable to orders which have been submitted for processing.  Bella’s Home-Baked Goods reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit the quantity or types of coupons and/or discounts used per transaction and/or per customer.

Order Processing / Shipping

Order Processing

Here at Bella’s, we do recognize you want to start eating your goodies as soon as you can! Rest-assured, we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. For those times our goodies are selling faster than we can roll our biscotti, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping.

Because we bake our Cookie Patch items fresh to order,  they only ship on Tuesdays each week.  If you place your order after Monday, your order will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Orders are subject to change, depending upon product availability.

 

Shipping Methods

Our products are carefully packaged and shipped  Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service  or UPS Ground.

If you require Express delivery, additional charges apply.

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation.  Your order is then the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

Bella’s does not refund for damaged, late or lost packages.  If there is an issue with transit during this time, please contact your local U.S. Post Office or UPS.  Claims must be made directly through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

Can I ship to multiple recipients in the same order?

We do not offer this option at this time. If you need to ship gifts to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Gift Options

Can I request a delivery date?

Yes. At checkout, you may request a delivery date for your order. While will make every attempt to ensure that your order is delivered on the requested date, delivery dates are NOT guaranteed.

 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not provide gift wrapping services; however we are able to provide a custom ribbon on some products. This option, if available, will be displayed on the product page.

Can I ship to multiple recipients in the same order?

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and have no expiration date.

Returns

All of our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. Due to this, we do not accept returns. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please call or text (845) 372-5394, and we will be happy to make it right with either a replacement or refund.
