Just right! Everything about the Almond Biscotti is just right! the almond flavor, sweetness and most importantly the hardness and crunch. Once I found Bella’s I stopped baking my own !
It’s hard to pick which of the biscotti I like best…the oatmeal cranberry is like a cookie in biscotti form…the cherry amaretto chocolate chip is divine but so is the cappuccino chip and the chocolate hazelnut is heavenly…but no matter how far I may stray – the almond biscotti…simple but perfect in any way is truly five stars…great crunch and wonderful almond flavor…haven’t found any biscotti to match how delicious this is!

So this is our second favorite flavor. Really my first, my wife has never been an Almond fan so she prefers the Salted Carmel. I can not say enough great things about your product and your company. Glad we could keep getting it mail order now the we have move to GA.
I sent the almond as Christmas gifts because I’ve tried it many times and it’s my favorite (the lemon pistachio is close behind). My aunt, who is half Italian, loved them. My uncle, an accomplished baker, also loved them. I’ve tried biscotti made by other companies and none have come close to Bella’s.
These are the most delicious biscotti, I bought them as gifts for our friends, they love them too. Perfect for dipping in tea/coffee. The sugar free almond biscotti, are delicious. My favorite is the lemon pistachio.
It used to be one of my 3 absolute favorites. Right now, it is my favorite. Nice almond flavor without being too strong.

This prime bakery has extraordinarily superb Biscotti in so many combinations!! The Orange Cranberry is past Excellent. But, the attitude of management is spectacular. My last order had a small shortfall of product and immediately it was remedied to perfection. I received my correct shortage in 3 days. I’ve tasted biscotti in the past, and I it was not a good experience. It so happens that a delivery was sent to my place from Bella’s (someone else ordered) and it was displayed for the employees. I picked out the Almond biscotti and took a piece of it………….. I was truly floored. I have a bad knee, but if I could do a happy dance I would have! These biscotti’s are so delicious, tasty, and just the right amount of almond. I will be ordering a box. Not to mention I want to try the other biscotti flavors. Simply Good!

I’d been tasting several brands of almond biscotti available in local stores; but none were to my liking (not enough almonds, artificial taste, too hard, stale, etc.). I resorted to searching online and taking my chances, and found Bella’s. to be THE BEST in every way. And to top that, my order arrived safely within just a couple of days, so no hassle with waiting for delivery.
