Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear this. At Bella's, we pride ourselves on fresh, flavorful products. I'm not sure what that tag means. We print lot codes directly on the label. If we had that number, we could better help you. I can assure you this is not common for Bella's and we also know how fast the Capital Region Welcome Center goes through them. We hope you give our products another try!

I bought a Cappuchino Swirl Brownie at the Capital Region Welcome Center off the I-87 on Sunday, May 17. The date on the package was 5/27, but don't know if that is Best By or the date it was made. I found the brownie really dry and fairly tasteless, the outside edge of the brownie. I took only a couple bites and threw the rest out. I had been driving for quite a while and was really looking forward to a treat, but was disappointed.

I have ordered several times and enjoy your product very much. This time there were pistachio shell particles in two of the biscotti. I also am not fond of your new packaging. I will continue to order.

The first piece I had, my immediate reaction was that it was too salty. However, subsequent pieces were not too salty. Did I get used to it or did I get a clump of salt the first time around? All flavors are excellent.

I was buying the gluten free bars long before I needed to go gluten free because the taste was just delicious and they never disappoint.

I have been buying at a local grocery store weekly. It was always a race to find the cappuccino chip !! My every am breakfast. This flavor is the best. Even for a late night snack :) I try the new flavors but always order double cappuccino chip.

April 21, 2021 So happy to have found your company at our local fair a few years ago. I have recently added the toasted coconut chip biscotti to my favorites! Each time I visit your website, I think I'm going to try other products (which I'm sure are as delish) but can't help myself from ordering more biscottis! They are also great gifts!
